GRENKE's new Milano headquarters embodies the company's commitment to prioritizing employee well-being and fostering collaboration. The project's primary goal? To approach workspace design with a holistic approach, inspired by the principles of environmental psychology and biophilia.
The result is a harmonious work environment where every detail and design element—from the strategic use of light, colors, and materials to create attractive and productive spaces, to the meticulous attention to detail in meeting, learning, and brainstorming areas—was co-designed with GRENKE to enhance the employee experience.
