Wellio by Convivio
Duomo, Milano

Coworking in the heart of Milano: between the rough and the polished, the green copper, the red brick, the blonde stone

The Wellio Duomo project by Covivio in Milano was conceived as a real urban hub, capable of combining the history of the city with a contemporary and functional design. Located between via Torino and via Dell'Unione, in the heart of the historic center of Milano, Wellio Duomo is part of an artistic and architectural context of great importance, with unique panoramic views of the Duomo and other iconic architecture of the city, visible from the panoramic terraces on the top floor.

The interiors of the structure are designed with a holistic approach, designed to encourage interaction between people, improve productivity and offer flexible and innovative work spaces. The interior concept revolves around three main elements: the entrance hall, the central staircase that connects the various floors and the terraces, which act as real outdoor work spaces. The entrance hall is inspired by the imposing historical portals of Milano, with a design that enhances the link between inside and outside, thanks to large windows that offer visual continuity towards the city. The central staircase represents the heart of the building: designed to encourage use instead of the lift, it is enriched with windows that allow you to admire the surrounding architecture, while the staircase itself is characterized by artistic installations that give dynamism to the environment.

The terraces, real open-air work spaces, are designed to offer a direct connection with nature, thanks to the extensive use of plants and vegetation. These green spaces not only improve the aesthetics and comfort of the environments, but also promote well-being and social cohesion among workers. In summary, Wellio Duomo is a project that stands out for its ability to create a synergy between history and modernity, combining interior design, innovative solutions and a strong connection with the urban fabric of Milano.
