Light and nature in perfect harmony

Light, architecture, and design: a perfectly harmonious dialogue between man and nature
In a place where the balanced relationship between man and nature is so important and delicate, the project draws inspiration from the landscape surrounding the Laguna Palace Hotel, aiming to capture every detail of its beauty. Within the natural system of the Grado lagoon, made up of islands and canals, the salty sea water meets the land. Their encounter generates a colorful blend, ranging from warm hues to pale blue and vivid green.

There is a strong reference to the use of rope, straw, reeds, and wood, elements found in the traditional buildings called Casoni, once inhabited by lagoon fishermen, and which guided the design choices.
The lighting at the Hotel Laguna Faro is not only functional, but also emotional. The HI LITE Next project subtly integrates light, highlighting the elegance of the suites and common areas. Each space is designed to offer visitors an immersive experience, with plays of light that enhance the natural materials and the beauty of Patricia Urquiola's design.
