Optimism, resilience, energy: three key concepts that encapsulate the values and identity of the Mars Group and inform the "Positive Beats to Live" design concept.
In the interior design project for the new Italian headquarters of the Mars Group, the challenge was to unite the multinational's three brands—Mars, Royal Canin, and Anicura—under one umbrella to create a recognizable, inclusive space that is attentive to the diverse needs of associates.
Positive Vibes
The office of the future? Only positive vibes and a variety of work settings. Optimism, resilience, and energy: these are the three key concepts of the "Positive Beats to Live" design concept, creating a real and concrete environment for associates to use and support their work. An office-platform for collaboration and socializing. One Mars Office is thus born in the new Symbiosis technology district in Milano, near the Fondazione Prada.
In the common areas, considerable attention is paid to environmental branding, intended to express the Group's values and foster a sense of belonging among its members. Soft colors and flowing shapes characterize the reception, where the logos are symbolically enclosed in a luminous sphere, underscoring the presence of the three Mars identities in a single space. A luminous wall in front of the welcome desk showcases the Group's diverse brands, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the Group's DNA.
In the break area and the large meeting rooms, the essence of Mars is conveyed through graphics, geometric shapes, and colors consistent with the corporate palette—with green emphasizing the Group's sustainable side. The areas dedicated to the Mars, Royal Canin, and Anicura teams immerse guests in the world of their brands through customized open-plan spaces, meeting rooms, and phone booths.
