This vision guided the redesign of the interior spaces of Vaillant Group Italia's Milan headquarters. A place where people from different "neighborhoods" share ideas, exchange skills, and actively contribute to a collective purpose.
Starting with the primary objective of well-being at work, the new workspaces were designed as essential parts of a "holistic machine" to foster a purpose-driven way of working. Celebrating shared identity and culture, promoting collaboration and communication, and ensuring the quality of the individual sphere were the key design drivers.
The result is a holistic workspace that reflects Vaillant's new approach to work, where collaboration, a sense of belonging, and overall well-being are essential to achieving the company's shared purpose: "Caring for a better climate, within every home and in the world around it."
