Renovation of a Large Apartment in a Villa in Milan's Triennale District

The project involved the renovation of a large apartment of approximately 480 square meters, located within a Campari-owned villa on Via Tamburini, in Milan's Triennale District. The apartment, which has undergone several renovations in the past, features a complex and distinctive architecture: the generously sized vaulted ceilings and windows, along with the variegated terracotta floors, give the spaces a strong visual identity. The project, designed by architect Arianna Palano / 90cinque Studio, preserved the most significant existing elements, respecting state-of-the-art surfaces and materials. Each room was redesigned and furnished with attention to detail, adapting and customizing the electrical system to harmoniously integrate into the context. The lighting design and selection of fixtures—curated by HI LITE Next—combined with the existing architectural features, such as the wood paneling and the impressive ceiling heights, as well as the new furnishings chosen with the client. The underlying theme of the project was the desire to give each room a renewed atmosphere, capable of generating new sensations through a contemporary and refined reinterpretation of the spaces, in line with the needs of the new owners.
