Relais Roncolo 1888 is a luxury boutique hotel in the 320-acre sustainable estate Tenuta di Roncolo, located in the hills of Emilia. The restoration of Villa Manodori completes the overall architectural renovation project of the Venturini Baldini agricultural estate, which also includes Dimora Ancini and La Limonaia.

The villa's restoration work was carried out with a conservative approach to preserving the original spaces, with particular attention given to the painted frescoes that adorn the walls and ceilings of the rooms. The intervention has restored their luster. The conservative restoration brought to light the colors that originally characterized the wooden ceilings, now integral to the design choices.

The conservative restoration brought to light the colors that originally characterized the wooden ceilings, now integral to the design choices. The in-depth study of the existing color spectrum was the starting point in selecting interior finishes and materials. Every space features bespoke furniture design, complemented by other designer furnishings, illuminated by iconic lamps, in a continuous pursuit of harmony between historical elements and contemporary choices.
