Harmony Between Past and Future

The Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre Headquarters isn't just a building—it's an icon of prestige and professionalism where history merges seamlessly with the future. Choosing the Renzo Piano-designed complex as their new location, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre opted for nearly 2,000 square meters on the top floor, offering a privileged and luminous workspace overlooking Via Monte Rosa.

Tailored Solutions for a Dynamic Workspace

Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services Team, from the project's inception, outlined operational guidelines that led to the definition of layout and office setup solutions. The focus shifted towards communication and collaboration activities, reflecting the evolving needs of Giuffrè's day-to-day business interactions with clients and external collaborators.

Innovative Design for Functional Spaces

The workspace is divided into two main functional areas: a client reception area and an operational space for employees and collaborators. The creation of a representation area symbolizes the evolution from traditional to digital publishing, featuring a bespoke digital space showcasing iconic Giuffrè volumes.
